Turbocharger rebuilds start from $350 and include:

Disassembly and inspection

New OE repair kit

Cleaning, sandblasting and decarbonizing

Balancing of complete rotating assembly

Professional assembly 

All repair services are performed up to factory specifications and includes a 1-year limited warranty.

*There is a $40 inspection fee for any turbocharger inspected by Revolution Turbo. The fee will be waived if the turbo is repaired by Revolution Turbo. Revolution Turbo will contact customer with a quote upon inspection. If the repairs are not approved, the turbocharger will be returned at owners expense plus inspection fee. If a turbocharger is left over 30 days, it will be sold to recover costs.

*When shipping your turbo to Revolution Turbo please use proper packaging material to protect your turbocharger from any damage that may incur during shipping. Please send note including your name and phone number so that we may contact you once it arrives to us. We recommend using FEDEX or UPS for shipping to ensure tracking information and proper insurance on your shipment.
